Yet another one I kinda waited for. Hmm…so I should start my review of the Vacancy now, right? Let’s start with the premise. A very unhappily married couple have to make a trip to visit her family. They start to have issues with their car. You can clearly tell that this couple has its share of many problems. They don’t get along. And when Amy dozes off while David is driving, she has a nightmare in which her husband ends up killing her. So we know they don’t get along. Well, something goes wrong with their car. They have to make an unscheduled stop after hitting a raccoon in the middle of the road. They encounter a creepy mechanic who happens to be working in the middle of the night. They end up staying at an old rundown motel. The owner is just as creepy as the mechanic.
