Have You Heard?

I am sure that some of you out there have seen Pineapple Express or Never Back Down by now. If you have, then you know who this article is about! If for some odd reason you haven’t, then sit back while we get acquainted with Amber Heard! Amber has played significant roles in several movies over the past 3 or 4 years. She played the lead role in All the Boys Love Mandy Lane, a slasher film done back in 2006. She was Baja Miller in Never Back Down. She played Seth Rogen’s underage girlfriend in Pineapple Express. She has been in many more movies that I am just too lazy to list!

Amber Heard will be starring in Zombieland, a horror comedy about zombies and one man who wants to try to protect everybody else and keep them safe! Amber will also star in the new version of The Stepfather, coming out later this year. She has her hands and itinerary full of more movies that either just wrapped or are still being produced! Take for example And Soon the Darkness. She and a friend take a bike trip in Argentina and one of the girls ends up missing! Her friend now has the difficult and scary task of saving her before it’s too late. But wait… there’s more. Amber Heard will also be in The Ward, a horror film by legendary director John Carpenter, about a young girl who is haunted by a ghost in a mental institution.

If Ms. Heard keeps this up, she’ll be adding the title of scream queen to her resume. Five horror movies in less than 4 years is rare and almost unheard of in Hollywood, if you’re not already well-known in the horror genre! I did enjoy her performance in Pineapple Express. I liked her part in All the Boys Like Mandy Lane. I am very much looking forward to the John Carpenter film that she has started working on!

Am I the only one? I’m a horror-loving fanatic and not one to miss the fact that Ms. Heard is hot… Yes, there I said it! She is hot and incredibly smart and talented and I can’t wait to see how she does in her upcoming horror movies! Let me know what you guys think. I’m just a new fan of Amber Heard.
