Top Scary Movies of 2009

Here at GirlsofHorror, we pride ourselves on seeing some of the horror movies that come out every year! At least, we hit the important ones! Here’s a general list of movies that we thought kicked ass for 2009! In no particular order…drumroll please!

1. Paranormal Activity (independent horror movie at its finest!)

2. Zombieland (best zombie movie I’ve seen in a LONG time AND Emma Stone rocked!)

3. Saw VI (much better than the last three! Love our girl Tanedra Howard!)

4. Drag Me To Hell (Sam Raimi’s return to horror was a great one! We <3 Alison Lohman too!)

5. H2 (Halloween 2, Rob Zombie’s followup to his 2007 Halloween remake starring Scout Taylor-Compton of course, kicked ass!)

6. Last House on the Left (best revenge driven horror movie to date! And Monica Potter as the vengeful mom was pure genius!)

Movies we Still haven’t seen, at least not for a few more weeks are:
*Jennifer’s Body
*Sorority Row
*Orphan
*The Stepfather
*The Perfect Getaway
When these gems are finally veiwed, they’ll be up for review!
